These people now come here and say my 1st amendment rights are being violated. No your 1st amendment rights are not being violated, you may practice any religion you wish, but you cannot force OUR courts to recognize it.
This is the same when parents refuse to take their minor children for medical attention because their religious beliefs dictate that they are to rely solely on faith healing, not medical doctors. Courts have found parents guilty for failure to act in the child's best interest.
Now these Islamic yahoos want to try to get our courts to say oh sure it's OK that you beat your wife and stone your children to death because that is the way it is in your home country. Well here is a novel idea: If you want your religions rights recognized as a defense to your inhuman action then take your ass back home.
